Elmas

Elma Read established a BJ's franchise in Mayville Mall in November 1992. She recalls walking amongst large amounts of building rubble while planning the original shop. Fifteen years later, in 2007, she decided that in order to offer a better service to her customers she would re-brand the restaurant as Elma's. The principals on which Elma's operates is to offer value for money, good service and quality products in a clean and friendly environment.
