Wessel Oosthuizen attorneys was founded in 1995. The firm specialized since its first year in litigation and insolvency.

In 2001 a conveyancing department was started with Mrs Elke De Klerk. Mrs De Klerk currently serves on the First National Bank panel and currently handles a large number of Deceased Estate Transfers for the financial institution. Mrs De Klerk believes in personal service. She has personal interactions with every client and is personally involved in every step of the transactions on a daily basis.

In 2005 the Firm was converted to a partnership with Wessel Oosthuizen and Elke De Klerk as the partners.
