Have you ever heard of "this is a born salesman" I want to tell you that salesmen or women are not born but are trained and educated to become sales people.

People with no sales training can of course be succesful at selling because they are driven and have a desire to succeed, but still they lack the skills of closing the sale.

When someone has real empathy that of course is a sales tool , when you really really put  what your client wants first and not the commission that you are going to earn.
